Chikere is DEIB Leader, and Founder of Inclucive, a consultancy that helps organisations build inclusive, anti-racist cultures. She also leads Allyship.co.uk and the Allyship Book Club, championing education, equity, and systemic change. With a background in corporate leadership, executive recruitment and grassroots activism,
Chikere combines compassion and critical thinking to drive meaningful action. Her work covers inclusive recruitment, talent retention, and wellbeing for changemakers. A passionate advocate for justice, she draws on her Caribbean and West African heritage to inform her mission: dismantling barriers and uplifting underrepresented voices across workplaces and communities.

Having simple and accessible tools and techniques to boost emotional wellbeing can have a huge impact on workplace culture and environment.
In this session Cat will share some laughter yoga exercises so you can experience firsthand the efficacy of laughter when used as a wellbeing tool and to help you understand some quick and effective ways to support mental and physical health.

AKA The Joy Queen - is super passionate about JOY and teaches how to intentionally bring it into everyday life. Instead of waiting for it to happen. She loves to facilitate this through her unique blend of laughter yoga, reiki and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming.) She has crafted a powerful framework to help you shift what’s feeling stuck and get intentional with prioritising yourself so you can feel more energised and JOY-FULL!
Cat delivers transformational workshops and has performed at many events and festivals including Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place, Mind Body Spirit Festival and Glastonbury.
Ryan Parke (They/Them)
Ryan is The Men's Coach - a TEDx Speaker specialising in how hormones, lifestyle and goal setting impact male mental health. Having created an evidence-based framework drawing upon over
1,000sources and his extensive coaching experience,
Ryan works with industry leaders, international schools, emergency service providers, and NHS Trusts who want to provide effective support to men and boys. His
12-week coaching programme gives men the science-based tools they need to take control of their health, habits and happiness.
Alongside his real-world coaching experience, Ryan is also an international award-winning speaker and a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association. He is a trained Mental Health First Aider, Suicide First Aider, and Men's Health Champion, with Samaritans training in suicide prevention.
