Leadership is broken.

Burnout is rising.

Trust is collapsing.

AI and unrest are rewriting the rules.

That’s why Nicola Noel & Emma Last have created Leadruption.

A one-day worldwide online summit where 'Leadruptors' gather to rewrite the future of leadership.

They are curating a powerful gathering online of leaders, changemakers, and visionaries from across the world who believe leadership should be disrupted now and in the years ahead.

This event isn’t another corporate conference. It’s a call to reimagine leadership.

Human-first, compassionate, resilient, ethical, and future-ready.

Why Leadruption?

In the Burnout Report (UK), 9 in 10 said they experienced

high or extreme levels of pressure or stress in the past year

(Mental Health UK, 2025)

Only 50% of workers say their managers create psychological safety in their teams

(Deloitte cited figure, 2025)

Men and younger employees are far more likely to get AI training than women and older colleagues

(WEF, 2024)

Too many leaders are running on empty.

Too many voices are missing from the table.

Too many organisations cling to outdated ways of working.

Leadruption is the antidote.

It’s where leadership is redefined

not as power over others, but as courage, compassion, and resilience in action.

This event will not be about theory, but about lived experience, disruptive conversations, and co-creating what leadership must become if we are to thrive as humans, organisations, and societies.

The old models don’t work.

Leadruption is the antidote.
